HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE? DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?

We DO NOT charge by the hour for Weddings regardless if your Wedding is a traditional Church Wedding or a outdoor Garden Wedding. Our fees include  all Prelude Music, all Ceremony Music, and Postlude Music.

PLEASE NOTE:
SOME MAY QUOTE YOU A LOWER FEE  BUT CHARGE YOU BY THE HOUR. DO NOT BE MISLEAD... WE HAVE NO HIDDEN FEES & NO SURPRISES!
 
For Receptions & Parties we do charge by the hour and our fees begin at about $100 an hour.
 
 
DO YOU PARTICIPATE IN BRIDAL FAIRS, ETC?

Because we have been playing together PROFESSIONALLY since 1996, we have no need to invest  money in the Bridal Fairs...THUS SAVING THIS ADDED EXPENSE WHICH IS PASSED ON THE YOU!

WE ARE ON A LIMITED BUDGET. HOW CAN WE SAVE A LITTLE MONEY?

Who says you have to have separate Musicians for your Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception?
 
For as little as $100 you could have one of our WOODLANDS STRING MUSIC Ensembles stay and play for your Reception, Dinner, or Cocktail Hour. You will be surprised at how much you'll save by using our talented Musicians for all of your Musicial needs!
 
WHAT KIND OF MUSIC CAN YOU PLAY?
 
WOODLANDS STRING MUSIC has an incredible Repertoire of Music availalbe including traditionl, classical, light jazz, light classics, and popular standards.
 
WOODLANDS STRING MUSIC plays everything from Bach to  Cole Porter  to the Beatles and even to Shania Twain!
 
DO YOU PLAY FOR OUTDOOR WEDDINGS?
 
YES! Outdoor Weddings are our Specialty!
We all play accoustical instruments, & have a portable electric keyboard which we use often outdoors as an accompaniment.

HOW DO WE KNOW IF YOU ARE STILL AVAILABLE FOR OUR DATE & TIME?
 
When you make your initial inquiry, we check our Engagement Calendar immediately and will get back with you within 24 hours. 
 
However, we obviously cannot 'hold' the  Date & Time for you at this point (see below).
 
WE INQUIRED A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO  ABOUT HAVING YOU PLAY FOR OUR WEDDING IN MARCH BUT NOW YOU TELL US THAT YOU HAVE SCHEDULED OTHER WEDDINGS ON OUR DAY. WHY?
 
To avoid disappointment, we explained with your initial inquiry, we cannot  hold open your Date & Time without your Confirmation Contract and a nominal Deposit of $100-$150. We are flexible and able to work with you but you need to confirm your Date & Time as soon as possible!
